These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements between you, the customer, and Dreamlash, regarding the products sold through our website. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read these carefully before making a purchase.
1. Definitions
“We” or ‘us’: Dreamlash B.V., the company Dreamlash B.V., trading under the trade name Dreamlash, located at Handelskade 10, 7202 CD Zutphen, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number: 94394121
“You” or ‘your’: The customer who visits the website and/or purchases products through the webshop.
“Products": The goods offered and sold through the website www.bydreamlash.nl.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements relating to the products sold through the www.bydreamlash.nl website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.
3. Orders and Agreements
3.1 Ordering
Your order is established when we have received and processed your payment and we have sent an order confirmation. This constitutes the distance contract as referred to in Article 6:230g of the Civil Code.
3.2 Availability
All products offered on our website are subject to availability. In the event that a product is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative or the option to cancel your order.
3.3 Price and Payment
The prices on our website are in euros and include VAT.Shipping costs are calculated separately during the checkout process and may vary based on the delivery address and the chosen shipping method.
Payment can be made through the methods offered on our website (such as iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.). Payment is made through a secure payment environment.
3.4 Contract
The contract is concluded when we have received your payment and you have received an order confirmation from us.The order is then considered accepted.
4.Delivery
4.1 Dispatch
We strive to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days unless otherwise indicated on the product page. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times as they depend on the shipping method chosen and the shipping company.
4.2 Shipping costs
Shipping costs are clearly stated during the checkout process and may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Any additional costs (e.g. customs fees when shipping abroad) will be borne by you.
4.3 Loss or Damage
We make every effort to deliver your products safely and in good condition. Should a product arrive damaged or lost in shipment, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will correct the problem as soon as possible.
5. Right of withdrawal / Returns
5.1 Right of withdrawal (Returns)
As a consumer, you have the right under the Distance Selling Act (Article 6:230g of the Dutch Civil Code) to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the products without giving reasons. You must notify us in writing (via e-mail or a return form) of your wish to cancel the order.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:
Opened hygiene products (such as eyelashes) for health and hygiene reasons.
Products made or modified to your specification.
5.2 Return process
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you may return the products within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
You will be refunded the full purchase price (including shipping costs) within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment, provided that the product was received in unused and undamaged condition.
6.Warranty and Complaints
6.1 Legal Warranty
The products delivered by us are subject to the legal warranty (Article 7:17 of the Dutch Civil Code). This means that a product that is not sound or does not meet expectations can be returned or replaced.
6.2 Complaints
Do you have a complaint about a product, the delivery, or the handling of your order? Please contact us within 14 days via email at [email address]. We strive to provide a solution within 14 days of receiving your complaint.

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG) and our Privacy Statement. The data you provide during the ordering process will be used to process your order and inform you about the status of your order.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
10.2 Disputes
In case of a dispute, you can contact us. If we cannot mutually agree, you can submit the dispute to the competent court in the Netherlands. As a consumer you can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) to solve a dispute online.
