Return Policy

Due to hygiene regulations, opened products cannot be returned. Products can only be returned if they are unopened, in the original packaging and the packaging is undamaged, within 14 days of receiving the order.

– The product is returned within 14 days after delivery.
– The product was ordered via www.bydreamlash.nl .
– The product is unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
– The product shows no damage or defects.
– The return package contains the correct order number which is sent with the product.

Starter Kits must be returned complete, including all products, packaging and/or manuals.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are always responsible for shipping costs when returning products. Returns will not be accepted if customers change their mind about an item they received.

Returns via Klarna

When you have made a purchase via Klarna, you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they are undamaged and unopened.

Please note: Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be approved or processed. If you return a product without prior approval, the return process will not be initiated and you will lose your right to a refund.

If you want to receive an unfounded return, the shipping costs are at your own expense. You must transfer these costs in advance to the account number specified by us. Only after receipt of the shipping costs will the product be sent to you again.

If you indicate that you have sent a return but we have not received it and you have not used a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, we are not liable for the loss of your return.
