Processing Time
After you place your order, it will take 1-3 business days to ship. During promotions or national holidays, processing time may be longer.
Responsibility and Delays
Dreamlash is not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, incorrect or missing addresses, or problems caused by the delivery service. If you think your package is lost, please contact us at info@dreamlash.nl within 14 days of your order.
Changes or Cancellations
Once placed, an order cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the customer's responsibility to enter shipping and billing information correctly. If the information is incorrect and the order is shipped to an incorrect address, it is up to the customer to correct the package.

Netherlands (PostNL): Ordered today = in house within 1-2 working days.
Belgium (Bpost): Ordered today = in house within 1-3 business days
Germany (PostNL): Ordered today = in house within 1-3 working days.
Other European countries (PostNL / local couriers): 3-5 working days
United Kingdom (Royal Mail): 3-5 working days
France (Colissimo): 3-5 working days
Italy (SDA): 3-5 working days
Spain (SEUR): 3-5 working days
Worldwide (international couriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx): 7-14 business days, depending on the country
